HOME                  NYC and Gender Change

"NYC seeks to ease rules for gender change," says the Associated Press, quoted in Newsweek Nov 7, 06. Is it a man or a woman? Anatomy tells us that, but that was before the transgender lobby struck in New York City. It seems that someone whose anatomy is male can now, in New York City, become a female, with no surgery, simply an application approved by some professionals, if the city actually goes forward with its new program.

So what? Well, if you are using the female bathroom and a man comes in and uses it, you may not like that. You will ask what a man is doing in the female bathroom. He will whip out his NYC gender registration and declare that he is a female, not a male.

Such a "female" can also attend the female dormitory. What is even more interesting is whether or not such a "female" can marry a male, which is obviously a homosexual union. Would the city recognize such a marriage?

If it does, we will have the following discrimination. A man who is not a transgendered and registered female may not marry another man. But a transgendered man who looks exactly like other men may marry another man because he has a piece of paper from New York City stating that he is a female.

There are two types of civilization in the world today, those family and biblically oriented, and those that are disappearing. New  York City has to decide where it is going, and those of us who don't want to disappear should register our strong disapproval of this paper-female gender violation, and keep such fakes away from decent females.
