WE PROTEST Brooklyn DA's Project Eden - A quarter of a million dollars of Federal money designed to arrest Orthodox Jewish husbands. They are the ONLY GROUP TARGETED THIS WAY. The money is used to train people in our community to spot any husband who may do domestic violence and to call the police. Project Eden encourages people to call the DA's office even if the husband doesn't approve of his wife's friends, and for such "domestic violence." This gives the erroneous impression that only Orthodox husbands commit domestic violence. It is also completely illegal to accuse someone in a home setting of harassment if there is only verbiage.
